DECREE OF DISSOLUTION

XXXThe Application for Voluntary Dissolution of Yosemite Terminal Company, a corporation, coming on regularly this day for hearing and determination, and being duly heard, the court finds that:

XXXOn the 5th day of November, 1920, the said Yosemite Therminal Company, a corporation, filed with the Clerk of this Court an Application for Voluntary Dissolution of said corporation, said applicant being signed by a majority of the Board of Directors of said corporation.

XXXIn accordance with the order of this Court, the clerk of said Court has given thirty days notice of said application for the dissolution of said corporation, by publication of said notice in "The Recorder," a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City and County of San Francisco, State of California. Said notice and publication thereof was continued up to and completed on the 11th day of December, 1920.

XXX No objection to said Application for dissolution of said corporation has at any time been filed herein.

XXXAll the allegations and statements contained in said application are true, by evidence introduced herein, were shown to be true.

XXXNOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the said corporation, Yosemite Terminal Company be, and the same is hereby dissolved.
